During this difficult time or transitional phase in your life, Wendy Iglehart’s, LCPC mission is to provide you with a safe environment to openly talk about issues and give emotional support and guidance. This provides you with a chance to better understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. She believes the therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for healing, improving your resiliency, making better choices, and helping to promote conscious living. These are important factors to create effective and meaningful counseling.
Wendy has provided psychotherapy and assessment in varied clinical settings on the east and west coasts and has been a licensed psychotherapist in Maryland since 2003. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University, her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Towson University and her post-graduate work towards licensure at Towson and Johns Hopkins Universities.
Wendy’s work includes a broad range of experiences such as crisis intervention and developing the Victim Advocacy program for the US Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton to clinical experience in non-profit and private practice settings. In 2009, she completed her credential collaborative practice training through MICPEL. In 2013, she completed her credential clinical supervision training through LCPCM.
Wendy offers and specializes in adult individual counseling and couple counseling. She’s here to help you better understand the power held within yourself and help you become the best version of yourself.
